Ward 23 Community Environment Day – Saturday, June 14

Do your part to create a cleaner, greener and more livable Toronto by bringing your unwanted household items to my Community Environment Day on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Earl Haig Secondary School (100 Princess Avenue) from 10 AM to 2 PM.  For a list of items accepted at this event, visit the City’s Community Environment Day website.  You can also pick up green bins and kitchen containers (free with exchange or with proof of residence in the last 90 days) or free leaf compost from the City (limit of one cubic metre per household while supplies last).  Items will also be collected for use at schools or for reuse through Goodwill.  Non-perishable food items will be collected for a local food bank.
