Having Fun Isn’t Hard If You Have A Library Card

Having Fun Isn’t Hard If You Have A Library Card

The North York Central Library (NYCL) and branches are open for contactless holds pick-up and drop-off of library materials during regular hours. Customers can place holds on materials and have 14 days to pick up them up once they are available.

NYCL also has a new “Grab & Go” service. Each bag contains 5-8 items for children, teens or adults, each with a specific theme. Tell staff which bag you’d like and staff will sign it out to you. Be sure to bring your library card!

If you can’t make it to the library in person, there is still a ton of online content for you to discover. The library is still offering free and high quality programming from home, and a wide catalogue of ebooks, eaudiobooks, movies and music, as well as online programs and learning tools. If you don’t already have one, you can sign up for a Digital Access Card to get immediate access to Toronto Public Library’s digital resources and services – Because having fun isn’t hard, when you’ve got a library card!
